Bring your piece in anytime during your warranty for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection. We'll check prongs, settings, and clasps so small issues are caught early.
Between visits, a few simple habits go a long way:
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, cleaning, gardening, or working out.
- Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
- Store pieces separately so they don't scratch one another.
- Put lotions, perfume, and hairspray on before your jewelry.

What isn't covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, loss or theft, or damage from accidents, impact, or misuse. It also doesn't cover pieces that have been resized, repaired, or altered by another jeweller.
